NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 27, 1995--TLC Beatrice International Holdings Inc. today announced that it has filed two motions with the Federal District Court in Manhattan challenging the validity of the sweeping class action that was part of the 1992 "global settlement" ending all litigation against Michael Milken and other persons and partnerships in which he was involved as head of Drexel Burnham Lambert's high yield bond department.
