LAKE FOREST, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 1995--Prism Software Corp. (NASDAQ:PRZM), a developer of software products for protocol conversion and print connectivity in the high-end laser printer industry, Wednesday announced that it has received an equity investment from Threshold Technology Partners, L.P., a private investment fund that focuses on late-stage technology companies.
