SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 1995--Nanometrics Incorporated (NASDAQ:NANO) said that it had recently completed deliveries of its new fully-automated NanoSpec 8000 Film Thickness and Reflection Measurement System to customers in both the U.S. and in Japan.
Two systems were shipped to customers in Japan, while a third Model 8000 was shipped to a Motorola wafer fabrication facility (fab) in Mesa, Arizona.
