JAKARTA, Jan. 18 Asia Pulse - Drinking water company PT Thames Pam Jaya (TPJ) has issued bonds worth Rp750 billion (US$79.5 million) for the first time.

The bonds of TPJ I/2008 were rated A minus by Fitch Rating Indonesia while Mandiri Sekuritas and Recapital Securities acted as the underwriters.

"The bonds consist of A, B, and C series with a payment period of beween 3 and 7 years. Meanwhile, the interest rate will refer to the state bond interest plus premium," TPJ President Director Syahril Japarin said here on Thursday.
