CARENCRO, La., Jan. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- OMNI ENERGY SERVICES CORP. announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the assets of B.E.G. Liquid Mud Services Corp. ("B.E.G.") for $7.75 million in cash and $4.0 million of promissory notes.
