Full control of Tamco's business by March-end: L&T
Mumbai, Jan 18 (PTI) Engineering and Construction major Larsen & Toubro, which recently acquired Tamco's switchgear business in Malaysia, China, Indonesia and Australia, today said it will have full control of the business by the end of March this year.
"We will have full control of the business by the end of March this year," a member in the Board of L&T R N Mukhija said here.
The Tamco deal, which was struck in October last year for a consideration of Rs 450 crore, helps L&T to enter into the medium voltage switchgear sector, in which it had no presence.
