A Hebden Bridge-based company has been trying to find the answer to the question "Is this a raspberry or a strawberry?"
Genon Laboratories has been answering this question after an ice cream manufacturer wanted to counter suggestions they were using strawberries in their raspberry ripple ice cream.
In addition to the raspberry issue, Genon Laboratories researchers have also been looking into the authenticity of dishes containing Aberdeen Angus beef.
