Host Marriot has now opened eight airport "microbrew pubs" around the country, including Washington's Dulles Airport, Cincinnati International Airport, Seattle/Tacoma International Airport and Baltimore Washington International Airport. Six additional microbrew pubs will open in 1996, including outlets at Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT; San Francisco International Airport and Reno Cannon International Airport.
"We expect the microbrew trend to keep growing for another four or five years," said Stan Novack, vice president of adult beverages for Host Marriot. "At that point, we think it will reach its peak, but we don't expect sales to taper off at that time. Just ...
