SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- NEC Electronics America, Inc. today introduced two new 21.3-inch (54-centimeters diagonal) amorphous-silicon thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid-crystal display (LCD) modules for medical imaging applications. The new color display modules represent the first application of NEC LCD Technologies' proprietary ultra-advanced, super-fine TFT (UA-SFT) display technology in a 21.3-inch LCD.
