Leading UK Customs software provider Impatex has reported a near-normal first day of business following the cutover to SAD-H at midnight on January 20th.
Impatex received only marginally more than the daily average of support calls from its Users. Although Impatex staff were waiting by their phones from the early hours, the first support request was not received until 10.30 am.
