STERLING - With the Clinton Board of Selectmen exploring the possibility of striking a deal with Nestle Waters of North America concerning the Clinton-owned Wekepeke Reservoir in Sterling, two Sterling residents, who live near the water resource, have made their concerns known to local and state representatives.
"We, as well as many other Sterlingites, are concerned about published reports about the town of Clinton selling water from Sterling to the Nestle Corporation," read a joint letter from Paul Della Valle and Karen Sharpe, of 163 Rowley Hill Road, Sterling.
