CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wachovia Securities announced today that Joe Kennedy has joined its Investment Banking division as managing director and head of Food Industries. Based in New York, he will report to Bill Blue, managing director and head of Retail and Consumer Investment Banking. Kennedy will supervise the structuring and execution of all restaurant and food and beverage transactions.
