OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Sept. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Deprenyl Animal Health Inc. (OTC BULLETIN BOARD: DAHI; Toronto) reported today that the exclusive period of negotiations with Pfizer Animal Health Group, a unit of Pfizer Inc., New York, has ended without the parties arriving at a definitive agreement for the marketing, selling and distribution of Anipryl(R) in certain specified territories. The parties had previously entered into a non-binding letter of intent in February 1995 to negotiate, on an exclusive basis, for a six-month period, a collaborative agreement.
