SINGER Lily Allen was distraught last week after she suffered a miscarriage. The 22-year-old - believed to be three months pregnant - was said to be in a "state of shock" on losing her baby.
Sadly Lily, who was expecting her first child with fellow musician Ed Simons, 37, is proof that miscarriages can affect any mum-to be - no matter what your age.
