LEOMINSTER - Scott A. Simoncini, a high school history teacher at West Boylston Middle-High School for the past five years, pleaded not guilty yesterday in Leominster District Court to five counts of disseminating obscene material to a minor and two counts of attempting to commit a crime (enticement of a child under 16).
Mr. Simoncini, 35, of Worcester, formerly of Holden, allegedly transmitted nude photographs of himself while conversing over the Internet in December 2006 and in January 2008 with someone who identified herself as a 14-year-old girl.
