EXTON, Pa. -- Innovative Solutions & Support, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISSC) today announced that James J. Reilly is retiring and that John C. Long has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Long will report to Ray Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, and will be responsible for all of the Company's financial operations, including accounting and financial reporting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and maintaining the Company's relationships with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community.
