Hungarian listed property developer BIF sells Budapest project for HUF 1.4 bln

BUDAPEST. JANUARY 24. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Listed Hungarian real estate development company Budapesti Ingatlan Hasznositasi es Fejlesztesi Nyrt (BIF) has sold a site and planned project with a building permit in Hungary's capital city, Budapest, for a net HUF 1.4 bln to Hungarian property developer WPR Secundus, BIF said in a stock exchange filing on Thursday.

"BIF hereby notifies its shareholders that it has sold a plot at 38/A Illatos Ut, assets on the plot, and a project planned on the site, with a construction permit, for HUF 1.37 bln plus VAT," the statement said.
