PROVIDENCE, R.I. & ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- LIN TV Corp. (NYSE: TVL), a local television and digital media company, and EchoStar Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: DISH), parent company of DISH Network[R], the nation's third largest pay-TV provider, announced today that viewers in LIN TV's markets where a LIN TV station is unavailable on cable will receive a $50 prepaid MasterCard via mail when they sign up for the DISH Network service.
