Aussie Kevin Perkins, new chief of Sizzler International, plans to overhaul the chain's name, menu and appearance
Kevin Perkins, president and CEO of Sizzler International Inc., spent most of his life in his native Australia, and says there is one big difference between how his staff dealt with him there and how they deal with him here.
Employees in Australia tend to speak up more to their bosses, he says. "If they think you're wrong, they'll tell you sooner."
"I'd rather have people speak up," he adds.
