THE legend of one of Peterborough's most celebrated entrepreneurs is sure to live on inside the city's newest restaurant.
Peter Boizot was on hand to open Pizza Express in Cathedral Square - the very man who set up the thriving pizza and pasta chain in 1965.
Stars from Peterborough United joined Mr Boizot, city dignitaries and business people at last night's official opening.
Mr Boizot unveiled a Pop Art portrait of himself which had been created by his good friend, Italian designer and cartoonist Enzo Apicella.
