WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 1995--Texaco announced today that it will be the sole corporate underwriter for the television broadcast of Marsalis on Music, an innovative classical and jazz music appreciation program series created and hosted by acclaimed jazz musician and composer and distinguished classical performer, Wynton Marsalis.
Texaco also announced that, together with Sony Classical Film & Video, it has invited the Music Educators National Conference (MENC) to participate in the program by creating the Marsalis on Music Teacher's Guide.
