HANOI, Jan 28 Asia Pulse - HCM City's real estate market would continue its high growth rate this year, following an increase in demand and a fast-growing economy, experts said.
"Real estate prices in 2008 will increase by some 30-35 per cent," said Nguyen Xuan Chau, General Director of Nova Company, a prominent real estate firm in HCM City.
Chau attributed his forecast to the higher demand for real estate while the supply is limited.
"The population in each district in HCM City increases by some 300,000 people a year, and supply can only meet 10 per cent of this demand," he said.
