WASHINGTON -- Today, Alenia North America, a subsidiary of Alenia Aeronautica and part of the Finmeccanica Group, announced retired Navy Admiral and former Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Edmund P. Giambastiani, Jr. as Chairman of its Board of Directors. As Chairman, Admiral Giambastiani will be intimately involved in the strategic planning and activities of the company.
