A subsidiary of Aetna Inc. will move into nearly 40,000 square feet at 1333 Broadway, between West 35th and West 36th streets, according to a spokeswoman for the health insurer.
ActiveHealth Management, which analyzes medical data, signed a 10-year lease for the entire fourth floor and part of the third. The asking rent was $65 a square foot. The company, currently located at 95 Madison Ave., will move in May.
The building, which is owned by a partnership led by Peter Malkin, is in the midst of a $71 million renovation, which will include new elevators, a lobby and a roof.
