DIVIDEND
The Board of Directors of AptarGroup, Inc. (NYSE: ATR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.13 per share. The payment date is February 21, 2008, to stockholders of record as of January 31, 2008.
FOURTH QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL
There will be a conference call on Friday, February 8, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. CST to discuss AptarGroup's fourth quarter and annual results for 2007.
