Infection control nurses at the Conquest hospital have been recognised for their work.
Sylvia Dobson and Kelly Hodd from the Baird ward at the Conquest, and Sue Kidsley from the Day Surgery Unit at Eastbourne district general hospital, were announced as the winners of an award for their work in reducing infection, and have been presented with a certificate by trust chief executive Kim Hodgson.
Ann Regelous and Angela Daniels from the Cardiology unit at Conquest, and Anna Clarke from Eastbourne were highly commended for their work by the trust's infection control team.
