CAT705, CAT706 and CAT813 pin-for-pin compatible with MAX705, MAX706, MAX813L
SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Catalyst Semiconductor, Inc. (NASDAQ:CATS) a supplier of analog, mixed-signal and non-volatile memory semiconductors, has again expanded its supervisor product line with the addition of three new devices. The new CAT705, CAT706 and CAT813 voltage supervisors give designers industry-standard performance for monitoring the power supply (Vcc) status of a microprocessor, microcontroller, ASIC or other system processor. The CAT706 has a threshold voltage of 4.40V and the CAT705 and CAT813 have a threshold voltage of 4.65V.
