Load One Transportation and Logistics, Taylor, has purchased PDQ Expediting Inc. and PDQ Logistics, Taylor.
TMW Enterprises Inc., Troy, has acquired a majority share of Servit Inc., a Charleston, S.C.-based automotive dealer service software firm. The new company, Servit L.L.C., will continue the introduction and launch of the proprietary dealer service merchandising Web-based system at dealerships across the U.S. and Canada. The company headquarters is being relocated from Charleston, S.C., to Troy.
