OXFORD, Mich., Jan. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Oxford Bank, a subsidiary of Oxford Bank Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: OXBC) , announced today the appointment of Jerry V. Farstvedt to senior loan officer. His responsibilities will include the supervision of all activities related to the Bank's commercial banking and consumer loan departments, the Bank's mortgage subsidiary Oxford Bank Mortgage Services, L.L.C., and its compliance and loss prevention apparatus.
