SeaPak Shrimp Co. in St. Simons Island, Ga. has added to its frozen seafood offerings. Two fish fillet varieties, Herb Butter Salmon and Artichoke Pesto Tilapia, along with Maryland Style Crab Cakes, join the lineup.

The Herb Butter Salmon dish consists of two five-ounce wild Alaskan salmon fillets seasoned with herb butter, white wine, garlic, lemon juice and a blend of herbs and spices. Artichoke Pesto Tilapia includes two five-ounce fillets seasoned with diced artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, lemon juice, spices and parmesan cheese.
