TALES of holes-in-one dominate the start of a new year for local golfers.
Ex-professional footballer Paul Hinshelwood hit his second in 18 months at the same hole - the seventh at Selsey Golf Club - at the weekend.
"This was more enjoyable than the last as I saw it go on - one bounce and it was in," he said.
Ex England under-21 defender Paul (51), who plays off a ten handicap, said it was difficult to judge which was better - a hole in one on the golf course or a goal in league football.
"I scored goals about as often as I get holes in one, though," he added.
