DETROIT, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Horizon Health System and its two hospitals, Bi-County Community in Warren and Riverside Osteopathic in Trenton, will become the osteopathic subsidiary of Henry Ford Health System effective October 1, 1995.
Final approval of the affiliation came yesterday at meetings of the Henry Ford Health System executive committee and the Horizon Health System board of trustees.
The agreement enables Henry Ford Health System to expand its scope of services to the communities of southeast Michigan through its nine owned or affiliated hospitals, Health Alliance Plan, a 450,000 member health maintenance organization and 36 ambulatory centers. ...
