ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Darden Restaurants (NYSE: DRI) Chairman and CEO Joe Lee announced today the election of three new corporate officers. Kirk Spresser, president of Red Lobster North America, and Bradley Blum, president of The Olive Garden North America, were elected senior vice presidents of Darden Restaurants; and Clarence Otis, vice president/treasurer, was elected a corporate vice president.
