THE truth may never be known about a high speed crash that killed a Flintshire man on the Costa del Sol - because of a lack of evidence from Spanish authorities.
Martin Rodger Penn, of Castle Close, Pulford, died of head injuries caused by an accident close to Marbella, an inquest heard yesterday. The 32-year-old had been on a night out drinking with friends when he was struck by a car in the early hours of September 9, 2007.
