WASHINGTON, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- To confront and breakdown insurance marketplace barriers that exist in some urban and low-income neighborhoods, the National Insurance Task Force (NITF) today unveiled its plan to encourage insurance industry and neighborhood partnerships.
