Margarine is an economic product resembling butter in appearance consists of vegetable and or animal fats not derived from milk, margarine has become a very important food in many countries, because of lesser price than that of butter. The demand for margarine is steadily increasing [TABULAR DATA OMITTED] in USA and some other European countries the demand has surpassed the sales of butterfats. In Pakistan too the consumption of margarine is also picking up.
