ON THE morning of my arranged interview with Ryan Reynolds, the newspapers are full of stories of how the 31-year-old actor has just got engaged to Scarlett Johansson, making him the envy of almost every man in the world. It's topical, given that in the movie he is promoting, Definitely, Maybe, his character Will is something of a serial proposer, whipping out an engagement ring in front of the wrong girls.
