Dear Mr. Israeloff:
The July 1995 CPA Letter (AICPA newsletter) carried an item with the headline "National Advertising Campaign a Go for October." The article reports that AICPA Council has approved a $3 million expenditure for print, television and radio ads. The article starts, "For a number of years, members have asked the AICPA to develop an image-enhancement program" (to be matched by contributions from state societies).
Chairman Israeloff, may I respectfully suggest an image-building program that would be cost-free to the AICPA and state societies and which would be more professional and effective than TV or radio ads. As you know, Americans at all ...
