WASHINGTON, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The Surface Transportation Board's Section of Environmental Analysis (SEA) has announced it is extending to Feb. 15, 2008, the deadline for the public to submit comments on the proposed scope of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) being prepared in connection with an application filed by Canadian National Railway and Grand Trunk Corporation (CN) to acquire the Elgin, Joliet & Eastern Railway.
