OXFORD, Mich., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Oxford Bank, a subsidiary of Oxford Bank Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: OXBC) , announced today the appointment of Thomas H. Dorr as vice president and chief financial officer. He will be responsible for providing accounting, budgeting, and investment and treasury management to the Corporation, the Bank, and its subsidiaries.
