PETALUMA, Calif., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Clover Farmstead Butter hits retail shelves with big excitement. This European style butter is made with organic milk from a small dairy in the coastal hills of Sonoma County.
Clover Farmstead Butter starts with the best quality milk. The organic milk is cold-separated to ensure the quality of the butterfat in the cream; the cream is then pasteurized in a small vat for a richer flavor; then tumble churned in small batches to achieve the right texture; organic sea salt from the Sea of Brittany in France is then added; and finally the butter is hand packed in ceramic crocks and sealed.
