WARREN - Selectman Robert W. Souza Jr. wants to explore the idea of combining the town's two libraries.
"One of my main goals is to get the libraries to consolidate into a municipal building, and one of the things I've been working on ... is refurbishing Town Hall, making it handicapped-accessible, and putting the libraries on the bottom floor," Mr. Souza said in an interview.
There are two libraries in this town of 5,000 people. One rents space in the Village Point Plaza on Route 67 in West Warren and the other is downtown at Main and Bacon streets.
