Tourism in the States is very popular especially in New York. I happen to live an hour away from there, which is New Jersey. People usually travel to New York for shopping, parties, theatre and food. It is less expensive for shopping for clothes and it has every style of clothes you are looking for. They have great clubs and people in America are generally nice so it is very easy to make friends and go to parties. They also have great musicals and theatre shows such as "Lion King" and many more.
