A SCHOOLGIRL was left stranded when she was refused travel on a school bus when she realised she had lost her pass.
Sophie Tooke was trying to board the bus home to Leire after finishing lessons at Lutterworth College last Friday.
However, when the 15-year-old reached the front of the queue she realised she had lost her pass, which must be shown to the driver before every journey.
She was told to get off the bus and could have been left stranded in the town but for her mum Shelley Tooke, who was able to pick her up.
