Irvine, Calif.- The County of Orange recently received a Project of the Year Award in the Streets and Transportation, Capacity Improvement Category from the American Public Works Association (APWA) Southern California Chapter. The County of Orange was recognized at the APWA Southern California Annual Awards Luncheon held at The Centre at Sycamore Plaza in Lakewood in December, 2007.
