In the 80's and early 90's, the movies portrayed the stereotypical cellular customer driving a luxury car and closing business deals via a cellular phone. Today cellular phones are everywhere. While business people are closing deals with cellular data and fax transmission, parents stuck in traffic are calling home to insure their children are doing their homework.

Now that cellular phones are commonplace, the challenge for cellular providers is to make understanding cellular simple. Cellular service is an alphabet soup of terminology ranging from "A" for access to "V" for voice mail. Cellular phones are available in a variety of shapes, sizes and price ranges.
