NEW YORK, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IAC announced today that it has reorganized its Merger & Acquisition and Strategy groups under the joint leadership of:
-- Shana Fisher, Senior Vice President, M&A and Strategy -- Ms. Fisher
will oversee all aspects of strategy and oversee certain specific
areas of M&A activity. She will continue to oversee IAC's effects
with Instant Action, the company's soon-to-be-launched online gaming
site.
