DALLAS, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Cushing MLP Total Return Fund declared its quarterly dividend of $0.309 per common share for the quarter ending February 29, 2008. The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2008 to shareholders of record on February 28, 2008. The ex-date for the dividend is February 26, 2008. The dividend of $0.309 per share represents an increase of 3% from the prior quarter's dividend.
It is anticipated that a portion of this dividend will be treated as a return of capital. The final determination of such amount will be made in early 2009, after the end of the calendar year when the Company can determine its earnings and profits. ...
