The death of 19-year-old Frank DeMeo, of Stow, a senior at Nashoba Regional High School, was a senseless tragedy that may have been the result of some seemingly innocent youthful horsing around prior to a school wrestling meet.
The life of the all-star wrestler was cruelly cut short when he was hit while jogging along Fox Run Road in Bolton by a car driven by one of his teammates. Driver David Hayden, 17, of Stow. Two other teammates, both juveniles, also were in the vehicle.
As of yesterday police had released few details of the circumstances leading up to the young man's death.
