TWELVE years ago, he bagged a [pounds sterling]10 million jackpot to become Scotlandsbiggest Lottery winner.

But yesterday it emerged that John McGuinness, a former [pounds sterling]150-a-week theatrenurse, is set to have his [pounds sterling]750,000 house repossessed.

The banks demand marks the ultimate indignity for Mr McGuinness, who has beenforced to sell off some of his wifes jewellery to pay bills.

It signals a humiliating end to a 12-year spell of spend, spend, spendmentality, which saw ill-advised investment, legal action and the near death ofhis son.
